Hacking shakey screen with backup loader

when i use the isoloader from waninkoko the game gets read fine but when the game starts i get this screen that bounces all over the place. im using the component cable with NTSC TV and the two games are Pokemon Battle Revolution PAL and Mario Kart Wii NTSC

Does anyone know how to stop this screen? it hurts my eyes...

I have the same problem with mario kart.
