Hi,

I have this problem with my wii (or maybe my HDTV). Whenever there is a "hit all" lighting in Mario Kart, my screen will go totally black for about 2 seconds. This happen more in multi players and sometimes in single player. Also the same black out happens when I do a super special move in DBZ3.

Does anyone have the same problem? Is it my Wii(PAL) or my HDTV?

Thanks in advance.

Its your Wii, the TV just shows the thing, and when you "hit all", maybe bad burn?

Thanks for the reply. But it's just strange that both DBZ3 and Mario Kart both the the same problem. And both only occurs when there is lightning effects involved. I assume that the lightning effect is in real time and it's not loaded from the disc? If so then, if it worked once (in the same game session), then it will work the next time too because it's already in memory.

My friend got this problem too. I don't think it's the disc problem.
Maybe it's due to weak video signal or inproper signal detection of your TV.

So I am not alone after all!
The only common thing I can think of is a flash of white light...

Maybe I should try to change wii's frequency.
