Hi, guys I have a problem or maybe not, I don't know. The thing is that every time I launch RxTools, I get a notification of new software in the homemenu, and it's always a unnamed present, with a black unnamed icon in it, I never launched that "software", so can someone tell me what it is, and if it's a RxTools bug then how to fix it, I'm on RxTools 3.0 Alpha 0, Thanks.

it is a corrupted cia file, or a cia file that was installed without propper permission. (eg. installing unsigned cia with the old version of NASA (the one that had legit cia's only))

Maybe but how to find the ID and remove it, and I never used NASA, I use DevMenu 2x.

i am not sure on how to find the id. do you have a nand backup from earlier? if you do, try restoring it
Well I have but this started from the beginning, when I first got my GW I installed RxTools right after making emuNAND at 9.0 firmware, and I didn't know what CIA was but the present was there from the start. But when I go to the Homebrew Launcher and use the region free app there is a icon of a package named "???", and maybe that's it, but I'm afraid to launch it, and don't know how to deleted to.

you could go into your system settings and manage files,
and check what title is there, that is missing from your home page, and delete that weird extra title.
Already tried that, but there is no weird extra files, software or updates there visible.

well any .cia games that you installed previously but not showing?

could also be updates..

what rxtools version you on?

Thanks to HANS I know that the package named "???" ID is 0004001000022A00, and it is a 3DS update file so that's not the culprit. I also delated all updates and extradata from games I don't play anymore and, still no luck:(.

Why are you using the alpha 0 version!? Get rxtools 3.0 b2 from the GitHub.its the latest release and supports emunand 9.6+

Sorry I forgot to inform you that I did that today, but the problem still is the same.

Backup your Emunand IMPORTANT
then go to fbi change to nand and delete title DELETE THE TITL WITH THIS AT THE START OF IT 00040000
if you delete the wrong one you need to restore emunand backup
otherwise you are screwed

Its happen to me when i installed a .cia into nand by mistake.

I dont remember if it was sysupdater or bigblue menu.

But always happen wheni install something into nand instead SDcard.

I also got this and it happened when I installed a CIA to my sd card and then I installed it again to my NAND.

Well i do have a question if someone knows solution please tell me.

Why some games sometimes appears again like was first time was installed.

I meaning even my sysnand and emunand its unlinked sometimes a bunch of games appears as a present again.

The one i remember its 3ds classic Sonic 2.

Its happen only with a few games and sometimes nots always.

Someone with same problem?

I only have that problem with out of region games. They work fine in RXtools but if I load a CFW that does not support region free and then go back to RXtools they will be wrapped again and back on the main screen if I had them in a folder.

Well im using rxtools and never change cfw or something like that.

I dont remember all games that happens because i deleted all of then except Sonic 2.

But i know the games are not AAA titles are just small games or 3d Classic.

Its doesnt happens with my main games nintendo or third party. Just with a few simple games

But its really annoying. I just have a unic EUR game all anothet games are USA or region free. Ill try to install all my small .cia and find out the name of the games its happen

Thanks, but it didn't work. Also I think my problem is different I'm getting the present in my RxTools GW emuNAND, and if I unwrap it and put away in a folder, it comes back as a present in the homemenu every time I launch RxTools again. But thanks anyway, I will wait for other replies.
hi there im the one who solved this problem in "like" the 4 last similar threads that were created (including the one linked for you above)
ok so the problem is in your emunand and has been there from the beginning . . .
what fw version is your emunand ?
do you have a second sd card to test a (possible) solution?

10.7.0-32E now, but it started from 9.2.0-20E
I have my emuNAND on a microSD in a SD adapter, and yes I got many of those.
