Hacking Rxtools and cias noob questions

I have recently installed rxtools on my o3ds and i was wondering how i can install cias because i wanna play games doh
I have tried some stuff but nothing happened so i guess i must install bigblue menu right? If not plz tell me how

you should have homebrew channel (tubehax), and FBI (cia installer).

tubehax is just for ppl who can't use CFW. if he already has rxTools, mentioning tubehax is unnecessary.

which version of FBI??
(ı think v1.4.8-v1.4.9 is unstable,v1.3.8 is stable)

In the rxtools download:
-open folder "fbi_injection"
-open "EUR" folder
-open "v3077" folder
-get the 2 files in there and put it on the root of your sd card
-try installing FBI again
