I heard somewhere that Rock Band Unplugged has anti-piracy protection in it. Could someone shed a little light onto this, such as what it does and how to prevent it?

Thanks.

EDIT: My CFW is 5.03 GEN-A.

All you need to do is right-click in your ISO folder on the root of your MS, and hit, "New Text Document". And just leave it like that.

Unplug your MS and boot the game up now, and it will work.

Basically all you need is a blank .txt file in that folder, and for some weird reason, it will work.

If you look at the previous posts here there's a fixc for that it seems that it makes your psp think your mem stick is empty even if it has a tonne of isos or homebrew on it you PSP wont be able to find it at least thats what other people have experienced if I remember correctly the fix for this was to add a txt file to one of your folders but thats in an older post so have fun searching for that its not too old so you should find it somewhere at least before the 5th page of threads

EDIT:- Or you could do what the guy above said who must have posted while I was writing this and browsing other stuff

I've read that your PSP needs ISO, GAME, and another folder to play the ISO/CSOs. Which is the third folder? I'll just drop a blank text document into those three folders and have at 'er. However, what about my other folders, such as my music and movies? Will they be deleted or rendered unviewable? And what about my homebrew as well?

Why would RockBand delete your music and videos? It shouldn't.

Nothing should delete anything regarding RockBand.

But here's the folders I have under "PSP" on my MS:

-COMMON
-GAME
-GAME5XX
-GAME150
-RSSCH
-SAVEDATA
-SYSTEM
-THEME

I have CFW 5.00 M33-6, PSP Phat.

slim PSP's shouldnt have a GAME150 since they cant use the 1.50 kernal add on for M33 firmware
also the rock band deleting stuff is related to certain releases

my release has worked fine though without doing the txt file thing
