Hacking Rock Band 3 DLC Manager?

Is there already, or is anyone working on a DLC Manager compatible with Rock Band 3 content?

Edit: I mean one that will show RB3 DLC correctly, rather than just being "compatible" with.

What do you mean by DLC manager?

Do you want something to select which 1000 songs(RB3 maximum aloud) get loaded into your emulated NAND for RB3 to use?
Do you want something to print out which DLC's you have?
Do you want something that sorts out your collection by artist, song title, and genre?
Then yes, there is a DLC manager that does that.
