  • Audio: 48kHz HDMI output with expansion audio from carts
  • Display: Variable pixel scaling including integer options(1:1, 4:3, 5:3) with optional variable darkness scanlines
  • Carts: Front loading NES, top loading Famicom
  • Ports: Built in NES Four Score Pro, Famicom Expansion Port
  • Ports: HDMI Type A for video and audio, USB Mini B for power and data
  • Cheats: 5 cheat code slots with built in code database supporting Game Genie, Pro Action Replay, Pro Action Rocky, and raw formats
  • Online: NA Scoreboard online score system through USB
  • Updates: Upgrade FPGA configuration and menu system through USB

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Pre-orders are open, and it seems the units are all boxed and ready to ship out in coming weeks. Any thoughts on this unit?

When I read that you can turn on borders to block unsightly overscan, I ordered one immediately :)

At $200 with shipping it seems a little expensive, but if you compare to the cost of a Hi-Def NES mod, it's not bad.

I plan to pair it with an NES30 bluetooth controller for some modern retro HD wireless fun!

Now I just need to buy some NES carts to go with it...

Info added for users who can't be bothered to search :)
There are times when not searching is a bad thing, this sort of thing you tend to want to add the info for though, doubly so as not everybody is going to be familiar with some of the specifics of NES clones.

I assume it wont work with an everdrive otherwise id be very interested.

edit
quote from retrousb " Real hardware means no boot or loading times. No stolen software emulators or buggy NOAC chips. A wide range of gamepad, video, and cheat options to play the way you want."

so actually very interested.

I'm pretty sure it works with the everdrive. I'm sure I saw a post somewhere saying it does, but can't find it at the moment :(.

Just got mine today. Working great with the Everdrive. This thing is truly impressive. Huge props to bunnyboy and everyone else involved!
