Hi, I'm trying to apply some patch to games like Senran Kagura but as of now I had no luck: Senran Kagura Estival Versus crashes at startup, while Bullet Girls Phantasia works as a game but the patch don't.

My psvita is a 3.68 with sd2vita, rePatch version is reDux0 3.0, the line in the config.txt seems OK. My rePatch file is in ur0:tai/repatch.skprx

Oh, my bad. However, after installing autoplugin, downloading the pkgj config and restarting the vita Senran Kagura started and the nude patch works (now that I think about it, I didn't restart the console after installing the game).

Are you sure I don't need rePatch to apply patches (mods) to games? The instructions of Senran Kagura Estival Versus patch ask for it.

repatch is for people on firmware lower than 3.68 wanting to play games which require 3.68
This is a secondary function, the original function was to load mods for encrypted games.
Are you sure I don't need rePatch to apply patches (mods) to games?
You do, they just don't know about rePatch's original purpose (which was, well, to patch games). If you're using a maidump or vitamin game, it won't work (I think) since those are decrypted while rP was designed to work with encrypted games.

Good.

I'm not sure about Senran Kagura, but Bullet Girls Phantasia is a nonpdrm, will rePatch work with it? Where I donloaded the patch they say it's a "cpk mod, not eboot mod".

Yep, NoNpDRM/legit games are literally the entire reason rePatch was made: so those games could be patched.

Good to know. About Bullet Girls Phantasia, the problem seem to be that I should put some other files in the game's rePatch folder, but I don't get which files, they were not included in the mod's zip, but for people writing on the mod's thread it seems obvious which, for example:

"I opened vitashell>repatch>PCSH10099 and inside created a new folder and moved cpk/mod folder and comp pack files inside the new folder. Then moved the new folder outside into the repatch folder. Deleted the now empty PCSH1099 folder and renamed the new folder PCSH1099. Press start in vitashell and reboot. Then i started game and titties were unlocked."

The only file included in the mod was "repatch/PCSH10099/cpk/GRP_5_BIN.cpk" (I assume this is the cpk/mod they're talking about).

So, what these "comp pack files" could be?

Sounds like a compatibility pack, they're fancy decrypted parts of a high-firmware game designed to be loaded by lower firmwares. They're essential if you're on 3.60 or 3.65 as they let you play any game, even ones that require 3.67. If you're on 3.68 you shouldn't need one though, afaik only 2 very recent games need comp packs on 3.68. If the game runs fine without one, then you don't need it.

side note: the compati packs are 1:1 decrypted selfs(so no mai bug, weird issues, etc) that can be converted back to elfs for modding, that is the second use case for it, since if anybody want to mod a game, they have the eboot and skprx/suprx modules for it

Yep, I'm on 3,68, so no need for these.

By keep reading that thread I noticed that they always mentioned "smoke" as censoring method, while the default is light, so I changed the censor to smoke and now it's gone, thank you all for helping me to solve this.
