So I homebrewed my Wii U not too long ago (Using Aroma) and I installed Pretendo Network on it, which required me to make a new account. I transferred saves from my Nintendo Network profile to my new Pretendo Network profile using SaveMii WUT Port which now leaves me with zero use for my old NNID. I want to remove it from my system (Not deleting the actual Nintendo Network account) because of the fact that I don't need it, and I'm a tad paranoid about installing .WUP files (Namely Virtual Console injects) on my Wii U when my Nintendo Network ID, which is linked to my main Nintendo Account, is still on my Wii U; I don't wanna get banned or anything like that.

So, if I copied or transferred saves from one profile to another, then deleted the original profile, would I lose the copied/transferred saves on the new account?

Nintendo does not care anymore. I have had no bans by keeping my NNID and PNID on the same system, with my official eShop games and my "legit" games I found while sailing the high seas.
