Hacking Remotes disconnect starting Configurable USB Loader

Wii Preloader stuck

Hi! so I bought this Wii from marketplace, and when i turned it on it just showed the preloader menu. What should i do?

Is it correct that the remotes disconnect then need to be re-connected when you load Configurable USB Loader either from a forwarder or from the HBC?

I am running the Configurable USB Loader off cIOS249 v20 on 249, base 56 and HBC 1.08 base 58.
