Few things.

Welcome to the forum first of all.

Second, you shouldn't ask for a translation of a game that doesn't exist yet, you'll probably just annoy most people.

Third, there's a proper format for asking, take a look at the stickies.

And finally, chances are someone would try and translate RO DS even without you asking. RO is/was popular enough that someone would try it.

Yes, there is really not point in asking until the game is released.
Please just wait patiently like others.
After all, what can translaters/coders do? Plan? xD

The game will be out soon and I'm sure that a game as popular is Ragnarok will be translated.

There is official thread for requests, and still, this game can't be requested, because we have form for making request!
One of the main conditions for a translation (and requesting it), is for the game to be released
