what board is this?

that is the R4S dongle.
I have just gotten it in the mail and i took it apart to see if it was a Trinket or not.
It looks to not be.

Waiting on my r4s to come in, ordered a week or so ago. Also ordered a cheapo knockoff that I'm curious to see how good it is.
