Hardware Quick question regarding Component cables for the wii

Hey guys, since i recently decided to rehook the wii to my 65 inch HD TV instead of my 42 inch CRT, i was considering getting some component cables so i can use 480p resolution instead of 480i.

Now, when i look online i see Nintendo original cables and Nintendo licensed one going being sold 100 to 200 bux while i see other brand for anywhere from 5 to 40 bux . . .

So, if what i read is true there is a chip in the official cables which bump the price or its just the license that is expensive (as expected coz Nintendo . . .) so unlicensed cable could be much cheaper and still work fine . . .

Anyways, i just want some reliable info on the cables so i don't buy shit

It includes component cables and a sensor bar with the charger . . .
Sure its some cheap charger but all that for 3 bux . . . unless cheap component cable have atrocious image quality or something i can't understand ppl paying 100 to 200 bux for the nintendo/licensed ones . . .

Yeah, i read some more and its the GC cables that had an analog to digital chip in the cable right?
Coz some ppl seem to say Wii component cables are lower quality than GC ones . . .
So if i get the 5 bux one for the Wii i should be fine then?
What about things like this HDMI converter?
