Hacking [Question] System Transfer N3DS EMUNAND

I have a N3DS XL 9.0 running on GW EMUNAND 9.5 that has my NNID linked to it.

This was possible because I was able System Transfer from my O3DS SYSNAND 9.5 which had the NNID, to the N3DS EMUNAND in the past.

Now, I just got a Hyrule Edition N3DS XL which is on 10.3.

I wanted to transfer my NNID from the EMUNAND 9.5 on my other N3DS to the SYSNAND 10.3
on the Hyrule N3DS.

Is this possible?
How?
