so i have a similar rcm jig as above but recently found that the top layer got destroyed overtime maybe due to age or heat but the wire and bottom layer is still intact the wire has a bit of rust. so can this still be used or should i just buy a new one? can the top part be recreated easily?

just a note that my switch is running in auto rcm mode. its just that i want toknow ahead of time in case i need to rcm my switch or any other switch in the future

With some fine sandpaper you can remove any rust or corrosion.
With some superglue you can glue the thing together.
Make sure though that the metal part is aligned correctly.
Messing that up could ruin your Switch.

If you have a 3D printer then you can easily make one yourself.
Otherwise a new one will cost you a few cents on aliexpress.

After putting a Switch in auto RCM mode, you don't need the jig anymore.
I can't recall the last time I used mine.
