Gaming question about mhgen charms

the reason why i made this post is to know about how the charms work in mhgen.

questions:
1. is there a list like on mh3u where you can look on the specific charm that you want with slot in it? (google didnt help me)

2. are the charm skills and slots are now random at mhgen?

if anyone has an info pls help.

Once you boot up the talisman editor it brings up a large table with every possible skill in mhgen, hover your mouse over the skill to see its min/max value on a particular slot(1 or 2) in a particular charm(pawn, rook, dragon etc.)
