Hacking Psx roms without adrenaline?

I want to have my psx roms as a bubble in livearea without using adrenaline app at all
Just like how you download on ps store

Adrenaline is almost your only bet.

I use Adrenaline bubble manager, basically makes shortcuts for your live area.

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
