Gaming Ps3 import help?

As the title suggests, im buying a ps3 from the US.

What will i need to know in order to get it working??

i have a standard tv. not hd tv.. (Wii and ps2 work fine on it) and i liv in australia.

If you bought the PS3 so you could play NTSC games, there was no point. The PS3 is region free.

That aside, I assume you won't need anything. Most TV's have an NTSC compatible mode, so you should be fine.
