Programs that records desktop?

So i'd need a software that records (video) what i'm doing on my desktop or anything else.
Actually my 1# thing is to be able to record from program called Win Tv. Before i was able to record it with fraps, but for some reason it doesn't work anymore with it. Also tried webcam max, but it was too heavy for my comp, so everything got SLOOOW.

Any suggestions? Also sound recording support would be nice.

Click "Region", then select "Region".

if i try to record audio and vid, i just does black screen and plays audio!! it worked once... using the losless codec
