Hacking Problems with HDD

Alredy sorry for my English. Ok....
Yesterday evening i tryed to run MarioKart, what will workd great last winter.
I starting console, getting black screen and restart it. Again and again.
Today i want to play City Folk, connecting HDD to Wii, but Loader GX, Configurable and WiiFlow won't load. I tryed scan HDD for errors in MiniTool Partition Manager (sorry for ad), R-Studio and standart Windows tool. But no effect. PC and TV recorder works with him normaly!
Yesterday all works absolute great!
Help me please, but without formating because i use this HDD for TV Recorder too.

Why? All works great already.
My IOS can be damaged.
And how to reinstall? I scare to install so much

Because of black screen symptoms. Yes, your IOSes and / or cIOSes may be damaged as NAND chips can (and will) degrade eventually. For d2x use their homebrew tool (http://code.google.com/p/d2x-cios/downloads/list — vWii is for Wii U only and Wii for Wii, don't get wrong) — just run it through the HBC & follow on-screen instructions, use cIOSes with these base IOSes for d2x:

For 222, 223, 224 try to google for Hermes / Wanikoko WADs, they are often referred in the soft-mod guides.

No need to restore NAND backup unless you have semi-bricked Wii — it's dangerous and unnecessary. Just try to reinstall cIOSes at first.
