Hacking Problems getting GBA VC games to run through RXtools

When I installed it, I did it on firmware 4.5.0-10U, so I doubt that would be the deciding factor. You could try asking about it in the rxTools thread, perhaps someone there might know.

Do GBA games work at all in the EmuNAND?

They will work if you follow the guides and have them installed correctly in sysNAND. Then install them in emuNAND and you should be good to go.

So i updated to v3.0 beta 7 and still the fbi doesnt want to load in sysnand :3 could it be the sysnand firmware prehaps? It's at 4.5.0-8E...I'm really flummoxed D:

Also, I know that my O3DS had issues with the Ambassador CIA titles. Try one of the ROM ones if you're getting stuck on the Ambassador titles if that's all your trying at the moment.

Its not the sysnand firmware thats the problem cause I have the same exact set up.

it's pretty obvious the reason you can't get gba vc to work is because you haven't install them in sysnand, and to do that you need a working fbi in your sysnand. you can keep retrying the fbi injection process (make sure you follow the guide thoroughly), or if you have cn, you can try install it through ninjhax+pasta, or if you can borrow someone's gateway to install it (i believe this is the easiest way to install fbi), or try palantine/pbt as your sysnand is 4.x

Yes I've come to that realisation that I need to install them through the sysnand, its just all my attempts at installing FBI on sysnand are not working, hense my dilemma :3 Someone on the rxtools thread has also suggested PBT which I am now looking into

I used that RXTools with Signatures patched that is already setup for GBA and DSi modes. Easy enough after a couple of hours of reading up on it. I migrated from Gateway where we got everything spoon fed to us, so all these CFWs is new territory for me.
