First, No, I didn't installed any update on the game.
Yes I'm using the last emunand

BTW, if I simply change the Launcher.dat in the SD card for the new one downloaded on www.gateway-3ds.com the update is done? I mean, am i on emunand 10.3 now or do i need to do something else to be fully updated?
No, the new launcher just allows you to update the emunand without it producing a black screen or having the Select button not work. To actually update, (this is assuming old 3DS, don't do this on n3DS) go to Settings, check it says GW3D not Ver. then DO NOT EXIT SETTINGS then go to Other Settings then System Update.

I have 9.2 sysnand, i don't know if that's why I dont get the GW3D at all.
Even in Emunand, I get ver. 9.2.0-20U
You don't have emuNAND set up. Boot the gateway menu (without the card inserted), and backup your sysNAND (one of the options in the menu). Turn off your console (down and B), take out the SD card, and copy all the files on it to your computer. Put the SD card back in. Boot the gateway menu again. Choose the format emuNAND option. When it finishes, turn off your console again, put SD card back in your computer and copy all the files back on (but not NAND.bin). Now boot gateway, and you'll be in emuNAND. And you can update it.

Are you sure you are actually in emunand? And NOT loading Classic mode? There is no way that you are on emunand using the Gateway launcher, and it doesn't say GW3D. Do NOT upgrade without seeing GW3D. Did you ever actually format emunand? Have you arranged your home screen icons differently and/or used a different theme on both sysnand and emunand so that you can clearly see that you're not booting into the same nand every time?

Changing the launcher.dat does not update your emunand. It only updates the Gateway loader (and the Gateway Firmware, if it needs it). You need to stop what you're doing and download the guide ( http://scmods.com/gw_guide/v3.1.pdf ). Read it. Follow it to the letter. Get yourself on 10.3 emunand. I now question whether you ever bothered to format emunand. Or if maybe you've changed SD cards since you started and forgot that there is no emunand on the new card.

EDIT: :ninja:
