Hacking Problem with game save

I've had a super paper mario game save backup on my sd card, i played it with a chiped wii through the game channel normally

now my current wii is not chipped and never played super mario on it, however

i have the latest backup launcher .3, and have the backup dvd of the game,

then tried to copy back the savegame from the sd into the wii memory and it gave me this error:

you must play the game on your console first before copying the game save file !!!!!!

now i am stuck and don't know what to do.!

tried playing the game through the backup launcher and created a save file, and even after trying to replace it by copying the one on the sd, it gave me the same error,..

also game save installer does not work for me, it appearently needs save games that are not original or something, or the ones that needs to be extracted buy game save extractor..

now what can i do ?!

ok i found out the the problem is that the save file region is different than my console,..

so is there a way to change a game save region?
