ROM Hack Pokémon trade

Hi, I want to trade some pokémon from my (Bloody) Platinum save, to my Soul Silver save. But here's the problem... I've got 1 DS and a PC. I hope there is a app to do it for me, but google gave me no result. Maybe somebody knows a solution...

If you're using a flash cart, put the save files on your computer, use Pokesav to extract the pkm file of the Pokemon you want to trade, and then put it on the other save file.

You mean between different Pokemon games? Yes, but you have to use the correct version of Pokesav for whatever save you're messing with. The pkm files are interchangeable.

Emulators don't support wireless functions, so there's no way to trade with a game running in one. The best way is Pokesav, as Lacius mentioned.
