ROM Hack Pokémon Legends Arceus - Graphic mod

So I have been having these weird visual glitches while having this mod active.
I don't actually know if its the mod, the fact that I'm running the latest update of the game, both, or what. I still need to test having the mod disabled to see what kind of things I see, but here are some examples of things I've been running into.

Not game breaking, and actually kind of amusing. But still odd, so I figured I would let you know in case it is an issue with me mod you might be able to fix it.

I am using a mod to slightly increase the shiny encounter rate, but this has been happening before I installed that.

weird, have you tried reinstall the mod?
Use the attached file, it's the same I'm using right now, disable any other mod/cheat and test
