lol you could have just asked in one of the... like 8 threads for this.
Find your game ID (use r4cce.exe) and make your USRCHEAT.dat file with the AR codes in it match the Game's ID.
Without us knowing your ROM's Game ID, there is no way to help you o.o

EDIT: Crap. Should've asked which cart... my bad, the above is TTDS... I lack info on other carts

hey, you can have this one... this usercheat.dat is updated for clean, beta 1, beta 2, beta 3 and the oficial V1 english translation.

Input your own? It's not that hard to find them... click this lol

then you need to check the ID of your game.... try download R4CCE to check the id of your Pokemon Game, maybe after your patched the game the Id was Different from the one that i had after doing that.
