Hacking Please insert a psvita card

I moved all my homebrew to ur0: last night (I know I shouldve kept molecular shell on ux0: ) and everything was working fine
Then I rebuilt the database while cloning psp bubbles and now nothing on ur0: loads all of it says to insert a gamecard
Is there a way to reinstall vitashell or molecular shell?
Like disabling enso on boot or a webkit installer?

Go to go.henkaku.xyz and hold L.

I dont currently have access to wifi on my vita and I dont want to tether to my phone rn
I tryed the offline installer and it didnt reinstall
It just says that henkaku 10.1 is already installed and molecular shell + vitashell still give the message
Edit:
Pressing information on vitashell shows the correct size of the app and when I deleted it holding l did not install

Told me to reboot and press l when told to
