I am torn.

On the one hand as muggins here gets to be the one to sort databases I am going to have to memorise that and apply it (as well as be the one to fend off comments about some being offensive, and some being sexual orientation rather than gender and maybe think for far the FTMTFTMTF chains can go) so I am inclined never to show that to anybody and uncheck mandatory for those few genders my databases already cover. On the other hand I am pretty sure that list would cause HR/personnel to basically become a black hole and get only slightly more work done than a working group dedicated to picking the best song of all time that needs to reach a unanimous decision.
