Hardware Outer camera problem on Old 3ds XL

Hi guys, in my old 3ds xl the camera aren't working in games (QR Readers) when i click L+R in home menu and in nintendo 3ds camera, but they're working in face riders and in settings, when i test it
My console is in 11.6 With CFW boot9strap, but the problem isn't the cfw, but it's a corrupted firmware of my 3ds and my nand have this problem. If any1 can help me plz reply

I would say, if you can flash your old nand, just reinstall your firmware on what you are (maybe your nand is 9.2) and then try out a downgrader to reinstall your firmware. Then backup your nand and follow again the guide

My Nand have the corrupted firmware, if i flash it, the problem remains
