Original Xbox not playing in wide screen

Not a huge deal but it would be nice to fix, I have a TSOP'd 1.2 mobo that started playing games in Normal mode the dash it's self goes wide screen I know it's not the hdmi adapter I'm wondering but maybe theirs a way to force wide screen in unleashx settings with Evox?

I don't know much about the original xbox, but you can't do that with the 360 either, even with a jtag/rgh.
