The Petiton hit 25k today and its still growing!

After they hit 25k an fan tweeted Namco Bandai about the progress

Some months before, Namco said that they could consider releasing the game if the petition hits 25-30k so they might be brewing the games release right now.
If you wanna support the game's release in America and Europe sign the signature and post it on America/Europe Bandai Forum in the official support thread.

Eh, why not. *signed*

They haven't released any English Digimon games in a while. Those jerks. Right now I'm patiently awaiting the PSP translation, so hopefully by then there'll be some good news.

The English translation won't stop me getting the 3DS Master version afterwards, i hope that Operation Decode succeeds and we get that superb looking Vita Digimon game too.

Namco's PR calling a petition "cool" doesn't imply that a digimon game is being developed, and given that a game needs to be profitable, 25 000 people is by far not enough.

Can someone link me to a case where one of these actually succeeded...?
I know you weren't being serious, but I found one for you anyway.

Yes, we all know petitions rarely have any effect. But considering this one took me less than 10 seconds to sign, and it's about something I enjoy, I decided to go for it. We're not talking about a fundraiser for a 3DS decapping, so there's zero risk. The worst case scenario is they don't publish the game. Best case scenario is that they do (or that they give all the signers free lamborghinis).
