I have the physical version and there isn't enough save space to hold a save file when you have oot3dhax on it.

With Ninjhax 2.1 you could, but the payload for 2.5 is a bit larger so you can't do that anymore.

It downloads the payload through internet via the browser, or something.
This is the reason why 8.1J New 3DSes are not supported, because they come at 8.1.0-0J
