OLED biggest possible NAND upgrade?

I want to build the most luxurious Switch OLED possible as a fun project, so upgrading the internal EMMC storage seems great for this build.

Could someone give me advice on chosing the biggest possible chip compatible with the Switch OLED?
Doesnt necessarily have to be 400mbs read speed like the original, but to slow probably wouldnt be great.
