Homebrew Old 3DS 11.5 Homebrew

Hello,
is there any way to get homebrew on the Old 3DS on 11.4/11.5 OFW?
I just red it allows me to plas SNES games and (maybe) GBA games, what means I could play Pokemon Fire Red again.
Is 11.5 Old 3DS Homebrew possible? On 11.3 I was able to run Soundhax, but it's dead now.

Right now for the old 3ds consoles, homebrew requires newly coded payloads which have not been made yet. So for the time being there is no homebrew usage on these.

If your after CFW for the system. You are looking at either
Dsiwarehax transfer from a second CFW'ed system.
Doing a Hardmod of the console.
Or waiting until NTRBootHax is released.

No, you can also use .3dsx if you have HBL installed, but I like using .cia.
