Hardware O3ds Recovery mode stuck?

So I was using recovery mode to fix my soft bricked o3ds, no it wasn't due to SVChax, and it is stuck updating even after a few hours

Yes there is Internet with wifi bar showing, No DNS either

Try to hardreboot and retry the safe update, it shouldn't be a problem and sometimes it will resume the download where you left it.

By hard reboot I'm guessing you are talking about holding down the power button, I've tried powering it off by
The power button
Letting it die
Remove battery
and nothing works it's still stops at the same spot

1. Remove the battery 10 minutes and retry.
2. HardMod and restore NAND backup.
