Hacking Nintendont saves?

Hi, I have everything playing good on my Wii U..No problems with loading GC titles, Ps3 controller works great. I'm stuck on the saves. Do I create a 'saves' folder on the root? or do I put the saves folder in the games folder? or do I put the saves folder in each of the games folders within the games folder?

I know its simple, I'm just stuck here.

Ok...figured it out. Press B at Nintendont screen prior to selecting a game, which opens a menu allowing you to enable MC Emulation to save the games.

Press B on the Nunchuck as the PS3 game pad isn't even recognized yet...Great stuff though.
