Homebrew Nintendo Switch Online?

This is probably a really stupid and obvious question, but I just want to make sure.

If you were to get Nintendo Switch Online, would you get banned if you had any Custom Firmware or Homebrew on your system?

hard to say, installing nsp files is 100% ban if you go online, not sure about just homebrew though
