Don't you think you should provide some more details? What problem are you having with the camera? Did you install CFW? How did you install CFW? Did your camera start having problems right after you installed CFW? Otherwise, what else makes you think that might be related? And what about the completely different problem you posted about yesterday ?
In any case, installation of CFW (if that is in fact what you mean by "homebrew") is not generally associated with the camera failing somehow. Usually that is a hardware problem.
