In due time Microsoft and Sony will be releasing their newest consoles. While Nintendo tends to introduce a new feature for their consoles and handhelds (motion controls, dual screens, vibration), Sony and MS tend to promote drastically improved specs, as opposed to new features.
My question is whether we are getting closer to the point where the the ceiling to improve specs is getting lower and lower, to the point where the "wow" factor when playing the next gen console just isn't there. For example was the upgrade from PS3 to PS4 as drastic as from one to two or two to three in the eyes of you guys?
