?need help

I downloaded a digital copy of pokemon ultra moon( from hshop) and also have a physical copy of the same game when i tried to use pokemon bank it only gave me the copy of the physical game??? so can hshop pokemon ultra moon connect with pokemon bank or can it not?? please help ive been stuck on this for hours

Please try to write a more descriptive subject line when starting a thread in the future. What would this board look like if everyone who needed help used a title like "?need help"?

Anyway, if Pokemon Bank is detecting your physical copy and you don't want to do that, why not just take the physical copy out of your 3DS?

Very sorry I just started to use this and had no clue what to do or say but thanks for the tip and also thank you for the answer to my problem I could have never thought of that thanks!!
