You said it worked before you putted the enclosure on the drive, right? Now I have no clue but maybe you produced a small short or ripped off some cable while putting the enclosure back on? What I want to say: Remove the enclosure again, check for errors and retest.
Also is your console connected to the TV? If not connect it and look for any error messages on the screen.
