Is anyone else having this problem? 
I'm using windows 10 and I like the notifications that show up especially from my apps or the web browsers. (This forum site included) but some reason, it doesn't always pop up. I find that in the list of services that it sometimes stop running and have to start it again manually. I don't know why and I wish I didn't have to do this all the time. It sucks to keep getting late alerts.
