Hacking maidump crashes!

I have been trying to make a backup of IA/VT using maidump but as soon as I select the first option [dump game] it crashes. I even tried using another cart Project Diva X and that one crashes also.

I updated to latest version using the in app update menu and it is still crashing.

why don't you just use Vitamin?

I thought everyone recommended to use Maidump now since vitamin was not being updated anymore.

i've had no issues with Vitamin and i prefer it because it dumps your games as vpk's
