Help!

I'm looking to buy PSU and CPU / at best lowest Fan Noise Level (dB-A)

I saw this Cooler Master Sphere at Fan Noise Level (dB-A) - 22 dBA just wonder if this fix on my Asus Striker Extreme?

Whoa! Any good heatsink and aftermarket fan can keep your CPU cool with almost no noise. I have the stock heatsink and a coolermaster fan (adjustable) on my CPU and it is extremely quiet.

For PSU i recommend Corsair HX520W, Antec NeoHE, Seasonic...
For case fans: Nexus or Noctua.
For CPU-coolers: Scythe Ninja.

My Asus Striker Extreme eat a lot power i need above 600w
there a Corsair 650w PSU seen recommend to most pc gamer.
