Hacking Looking for plugins for the 3DS whether Luma or NTR plugins doesn't matter.

I'm wondering if there are repositories where there are lots of plugins for games. Or know where there are some. I'm quite new here and everything seems a bit difficult here so I hope some friendly people could help me
