Hacking Loadiine gx2 mp4

I'm trying to get Loadiine gx2 working on my 5.4.0 wii u and have finally gotten to the point where I can run the kernel exploit but have not been able to actually run loadiine from any webpage or from my own server. Granted, I was trying to run versions 2 and 3 of loadiine as mp4 files. Does anyone know where I can find an mp4 version for loadiine gx2? Thank you!

Wii U homebrew is not in the mp4 format, mp4 is the format you watch movies in..

mp4 no longer need to load or HBL GX2 5.4, now you can with xampp and apache, php, still l guide:
