Hardware Left joycon problem

So did the hack with the foil with the right joycon and now my left joycon keep desyncing
I remove the foil and the problem continue...I hope someone can give me a fix for it

go to sys options > controllers > disconnect controllers
then try to connect the joycons in held mode to sync.
if the problem is not solved yet go to controllers > find controllers > and hold the sync button next do SL and SR buttons at the top(?) of joycons
work for me, good luck.
