Yeah I made a quirp about that in the Shoutbox a few days ago. I friggin bursted into laughter and nearly choked on my drink when I first saw it. Joker is going to clearly be the first character I even use in that game.

The glowing eyes thing is the Rage Mode. Every character has one, they just revealed it when showing Joker off.
