Homebrew Issue with Boot.elf

Hi guys new here.

Im trying to get HBC using Wuphax on the vWii. Everything has worked fine so far however when i start the Mii chanbel it keeps saying Boot.elf not found.

Ive checked the format is Fat32 and the Boot file is on the root of the SD card
- Im using a Toshiba 16GB SDHC card. It worked fine up to the point of reading the boot.elf file

Any suggestions as to what this could be?
