If it's not, what's wrong with this ppl? Really? Making a whole site... with changelog... youtube videos... all fake?

There's a survey on that site to get the download - so the point of this is the guy gets free money and shit.

It's another scam website.
They do it for money.

The video is showing someone playing a 3DS game (nothing extraordinary!)
The picture is showing Rydian (one of our forum's member) DS homebrew mockup for a 3DS rom loader (it's a DS homebrew saying "3DS rom loader doesn't exist! Read the stickied topics on GBATemp!").

But you know... OMG i've found a hack on the net... lol, i mean millions of ppl trying... i've found it under seconds lolol... if i stop to think about it... it's a stupid concept... but there's allwalys that glipse of hope that is true...

Yeah, I know where you're coming from. Unfortunately, as was said, nothing is available yet, and no time frame exists on even when a glimpse of hope might be found.

Is this by any chance that one youtube video of a guy playing Super Street Fighter IV 3DS, and the video is mirrored?

Even though that video has a lot of views, generally positive comments and a positive number of likes vs dislikes, you have to know that people can BUY views, likes and comments.
That video has artificially positive responses, to try and sucker people into buying into it.
